The Ebay fees are charged based on the minimum bid you would like your auction to start with. The table below shows the rates for fees for different price ranges.

Following the sale of your item. Ebay tacks on a final value fee also. It is a very small percentage of the sale price.

PayPal Fee. If the buyer pays for the purchased item through Paypal, they also take a small amount from the buyers payment. about a dollar.
